Payments

Payments are typically structured as a 50% deposit to start work and the remaining 50% upon completion. We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the custom website built for them. SameDayLaunchSite retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

SameDayLaunchSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
